JLo is Pregnat

The seams have apparently come undone on Jennifer Lopez's pregnancy 'secret' after fashion designer Roberto Cavalli confirmed the singer is expecting a child.

Cavalli, a favourite of Victoria Beckham, was asked what type of clothing he is designing for his celebrity clientele, to which the 66-year-old responded: 'Well Jennifer Lopez, at this moment, she requests something very special because she is waiting for the baby.'
'It is so complicated because every week she is getting bigger', Cavalli revealed. Lopez, 38, first sparked rumours that she is pregnant with husband Marc Anthony's child after wearing a string of frumpy costumes on the couple's Latino tour.

Paris Hilton on the porn war...

Paris Hilton is believed to have taken umbrage at an adult video store that had posters showing the star 'promoting' her infamous sex tape.
The heiress – wearing a skeleton costume and mask for a party – reportedly ordered staff at the store in Toronto to remove their One Night in Paris displays from the front window.
CCTV footage allegedly shows a woman shouting: 'You guys can't use my image in a porn store.' She adds: 'I'm going to call my lawyer and sue the s*** out of this place.'
Hilton, who was in Toronto last week filming a movie, is seen ripping apart several posters. She says: 'I really want them down because they're mean and this is not right. I'm really serious, this is sickening.'
Shocked store owners said that, about 30 minutes after she left, a man identifying himself as Hilton's manager told them to keep the incident quiet.
They said the man claimed that, if any security video of the incident was leaked, the store owners could be sued.
The sex video featuring Hilton, 26, and former boyfriend Rick Salomon is one of the biggest selling adult videos of all time.
And now the shop owners are looking sell the exclusive rights to their own CCTV footage.
Offers as high as £25,000 have reportedly been made.

Celebrity oops: Custody battle have to wait for Britney Spears.

Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline appeared in court on Friday to try and get a solution to their long and drawn out custody battle, but instead found that they will have to wait for a ruling until Tuesday.
Spears was not in the highest of spirits during the day as reports are stating that upon getting breaks from the court room she was seen being very vigilant with the press and photographers trying to cover the media event. She was screaming and making obscene gestures, insulting anyone who would listen.
There was no ruling made though so all of the stress let out by Spears went without any ruling actually coming down, she will have to do it all over again in just a few days. Los Angeles County Superior Court Commissioner Scott m. Gordon decided that there will be a ruling on Tuesday. The next hearing between the two is set for November 26th.
The lawyer for Federline, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told reporters that Gordon is waiting for a custody evaluation before making a decision and that something should be known on Tuesday.
The custody battle is over the two kids of Spears and Federline, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.
Earlier in the month Spears lost visitation rights to the kids after it was found that she failed to comply with conditions regarding court orders for the shared custody.

Are They Lying to You?

How many times you trusted the wrong person? If you're like most people, you've been lied to thousands of times. There's the emotional stress from being betrayed, the loss of self-confidence and the increased suspicion or even paranoia.
A deceptive supplier may promise that a shipment will arrive by your deadline, all the while knowing that delivery by the promised date is impossible. But you don't have to be a victim. Here are seven subtle cues that often mean a person isn't being completely honest with you.

1. Nose touch: We have erectile tissues in our noses, which engorge with blood when we lie. This causes a tingling or itching sensation that requires a nose touch to satisfy. The absence of a nose touch doesn't guarantee truth, but the presence of a nose touch often means deception. With some practice, you can quickly learn to distinguish a deceptive nose touch from something innocent.

2. Speech disturbances: When we lie, we force our brain to pretend that the lie is true, that the truth is a lie and simultaneously remember that the real truth is that each is the other. Are you confused? So is your brain when you lie. The process of deception taxes our cognitive ability to think efficiently. So when we lie, we pause longer and speak slower than normal and often experience speech disturbances that serve as gap fillers, such as "um," "er" and "ah."

3. Incongruent behavior: When our words and our body language don't agree, our communication is incongruent. Imagine that you ask a salesman if he can assure your delivery will be on time. If he explains how certain he is about it being on time while also shaking his head--as if non-verbally saying "no"--he is incongruent. When this sort of incongruence occurs, you would do well to believe the person's body over his words.

4. Neck rub: We rub our necks because of the stress we experience when we feel that an obstacle may be insurmountable. Let's say you're interviewing a potential employee for a key leadership position and the prospective employee verbally emphasizes his interest in the job. However he also begins to rub his neck when you explain the expected duties. This probably means he doesn't feel he'll be able to accomplish the duties. He might be wrong, but if we know anything about human psychology, it's that if someone believes that they can or can't do something, they're probably right.

5. Eye rub: An eye rub is an indicator of disbelief. Let's say you have an important computer keystroke sequence to teach a new employee. The employee begins to rub her eyes even while verbally affirming your statements. This probably means that she doesn't believe you or disagrees with your instruction. It would be wise to stop and ask a question to allow the employee to verbally object.

6. Upward inflections: We upwardly inflect our words when asking a question. You may have noticed that some salespeople will upwardly inflect certain statements of fact. This is a red flag that should alert you to potential deception. The salesman might say, "Your competitors have seen their profit margins increase by 30 percent by using our product." If you notice that he upwardly inflected the words, "30 percent," you should disregard this statistic and be suspicious of him altogether.

7. Stabbed hollows: In the study of graphology--or handwriting analysis--hollow letters represent honesty. Anything that disrupts a hollow letter could indicate deception. Let's pretend you enter your office to find a note from your top salesman on your desk. His note indicates that he had to go out of town to visit his sick mother and won't be able to go to the annual trade show. You notice that every "o" in his note has some sort of mark interjected into the hollow space of each letter. You would be right to be suspicious of the facts in the note and a phone call or meeting would likely expose some sort of deception.

With some practice, these new awareness tools will give you greater confidence in your perceptive ability and new peace of mind when deciding to trust others.

An 8-month-old Boy on Ecstasy

When an 8-month-old boy swallowed a tablet of the club drug ecstasy, he developed seizures, an abnormally rapid heartbeat, and a high fever. His mother brought him to University Children's Hospital in Cologne, Germany. She was not on drugs, and knew what had happened.
After checking his vital signs, the medical staff injected a small amount of diazepam (Valium) into the infant’s rectum. Within five minutes, the seizures had stopped.
Pediatricians then inserted a catheter into the boy’s penis and used it to collect urine for a rapid drug test kit. The boy was positive for ecstasy, amphetamine, and methamphetamine.
The doctors cooled the infant down, gave him fluids intravenously, and waited for the drugs to filter out of his body.
Six hours later, the child’s body temperature and heartbeat had returned to normal.
During the following day, the physicians collected samples of the infant’s blood serum for chemical analysis. Those tests revealed that his body had destroyed half of the drug in six hours – far faster than an adult could do it.
In their correspondence to the European Journal of Pediatrics, Frank Eifinger, Bernhard Roth, Lars Kröner, and Markus A. Rothschild said that these events are rare, but when they happen it is essential to administer tranquilizers immediately. The sedative medications ward off convulsions and brain damage.
Toward the end of their report, which became available online at the end of September, the doctors said that they do not know why children can survive doses of ecstasy that would be fatal for adults. A table in the document described nine other infants that had ingested the club drug. All of them survived.
