Another problem comes for our Celebrity Britney Spears...

French luxury company Louis Vuitton has won a court injunction in Paris to stop a Britney Spears music video from airing on European TV stations, according to news sources.
In the video for the 2005 single Do Somethin', Britney, 25, drives around in a pink Hummer with a counterfeit Louis Vuitton 'cherry blossom' monogrammed interior. The civil court ruling also ordered the producer of the music video to pay $117,600 for damages to Louis Vuitton's image in addition to $1,470 per day until the video is removed from the internet.
Jive Records, Britney's record label, parent company Zomba Label Group, Sony BMG and MTV Online have been named in the lawsuit.

Michael Jackson faces losing his Neverland ranch due to a $23million loan, according to reports.
The troubled pop star's mansion has gone into foreclosure - giving him 90 days to pay back part of the loan or lose his home.
He is accused of failing to pay mortgage bills - missing three payments in a row, a magazine said.
Now Santa Barbara County has issued a notice threatening to sell Neverland to pay local property taxes and repay the bank that loaned Jackson the money.
Jackson has long been living away from the now-empty Neverland, which used to boast its own zoo, railroad and staff of 55.
The singer, whose fortunes have dwindled since his trial on child sex charges, is now renting a home in Washington DC.
Jackson, who was cleared of all charges, has been given until January 19 to pay back the full loan.

Cavalli, a favourite of Victoria Beckham, was asked what type of clothing he is designing for his celebrity clientele, to which the 66-year-old responded: 'Well Jennifer Lopez, at this moment, she requests something very special because she is waiting for the baby.'
'It is so complicated because every week she is getting bigger', Cavalli revealed. Lopez, 38, first sparked rumours that she is pregnant with husband Marc Anthony's child after wearing a string of frumpy costumes on the couple's Latino tour.

Paris Hilton on the porn war...

Paris Hilton is believed to have taken umbrage at an adult video store that had posters showing the star 'promoting' her infamous sex tape.
The heiress – wearing a skeleton costume and mask for a party – reportedly ordered staff at the store in Toronto to remove their One Night in Paris displays from the front window.
CCTV footage allegedly shows a woman shouting: 'You guys can't use my image in a porn store.' She adds: 'I'm going to call my lawyer and sue the s*** out of this place.'
Hilton, who was in Toronto last week filming a movie, is seen ripping apart several posters. She says: 'I really want them down because they're mean and this is not right. I'm really serious, this is sickening.'
Shocked store owners said that, about 30 minutes after she left, a man identifying himself as Hilton's manager told them to keep the incident quiet.
They said the man claimed that, if any security video of the incident was leaked, the store owners could be sued.
The sex video featuring Hilton, 26, and former boyfriend Rick Salomon is one of the biggest selling adult videos of all time.
And now the shop owners are looking sell the exclusive rights to their own CCTV footage.
Offers as high as £25,000 have reportedly been made.

Celebrity oops: Custody battle have to wait for Britney Spears.

Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline appeared in court on Friday to try and get a solution to their long and drawn out custody battle, but instead found that they will have to wait for a ruling until Tuesday.
Spears was not in the highest of spirits during the day as reports are stating that upon getting breaks from the court room she was seen being very vigilant with the press and photographers trying to cover the media event. She was screaming and making obscene gestures, insulting anyone who would listen.
There was no ruling made though so all of the stress let out by Spears went without any ruling actually coming down, she will have to do it all over again in just a few days. Los Angeles County Superior Court Commissioner Scott m. Gordon decided that there will be a ruling on Tuesday.The next hearing between the two is set for November 26th.
The lawyer for Federline, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told reporters that Gordon is waiting for a custody evaluation before making a decision and that something should be known on Tuesday.
The custody battle is over the two kids of Spears and Federline, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.
Earlier in the month Spears lost visitation rights to the kids after it was found that she failed to comply with conditions regarding court orders for the shared custody.
